Michael Jackson converts to Islam

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Pop star Michael Jackson has converted to Islam at a ceremony in Los Angeles attended by Yousef Islam, the singer formerly known as Cat Stevens, sources say.

Jackson, whose once-amazing career has been eclipsed in recent years by reports of bizarre behavior, as well as legal and financial troubles, is said to have changed his name to Mikaeel and taken the shahada -- or made a declaration of belief -- as part of his conversion to Islam, Al-Arabiya said Friday.

The religious ceremony reportedly took place at the Hollywood Hills home of Toto keyboardist Steve Porcaro, who composed music for Jackson's iconic "Thriller" album.

Jackson's lawyer said the singer has agreed to testify in person next week at a $7 million breach-of-contract lawsuit brought against him in London's High Court by the king of Bahrain's son, Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.

The sheikh is suing Jackson for allegedly backing out of a business venture that was to produce an album, including songs the royal wrote for and planned to record with Jackson, as well as an autobiography and a stage play.

However, Jackson contends he never signed an official agreement and insists the payments he received from the sheik were "gifts," claiming the royal's case is based on "mistake, misrepresentation and undue influence."

JOHOR POLICE RELEASE LIST OF WANTED CRIMINALS IN THE STATE

JOHOR BAHARU, Nov 12 (Bernama) -- Johor police today released a list of most wanted criminals in the state, believed to be involved in rape, robbery, prostitution and extortion.

Top on the list are seven men believed to be members of a criminal group in Kampung Melayu Majidee, responsible for a number of robbery and rape cases in the city.

Police have identified them as Wan Azasar Wan Yusoff, 27; Mohamed Zaidi Abdul Jalil,30; Ismail Putra Md. Sarif, 26; Mohd Farhan Bachok, 25; Mohd Wahratul Ikram Abdul Wahab, 32; Shahril Ridwan Salehuddin, 28 and Md. Hamidon Mohd Razali,29.

All suspects are from Kampung Melayu Majidee except Mohd Farhan and Md Hamidon who are from Jalan Stulang Baru and Kampung Sri Paya Larkin respectively.

"We have mounted a manhunt for the seven and we hope the public can help identify them and inform the police immediately," said Johor deputy CID chief ACP Che Yusuf Che Ngah here today, adding that police were also looking for another seven criminals believed to be involved in prostitution activities.

POLICE-WANTED 2 (LAST) JOHOR BAHARU

Liew Kon Fah, 47 and Shee Soh Fun, 50 are both wanted for their involvement in immoral activities at entertainment outlets in Taman Pelangi while Chan Ban Kok, 41 and Kon Wei Keong, 33, are wanted for prostitution activities in Taman Tun Aminah, Skudai and Kangkar, Pulai respectively.

Chin Kon Chiew, 68 and Chee Hien Kiong, 40 are wanted for prostitution activities at Serene Park here and Jalan Perjiranan, Pasir Gudang respectively while Che Ahmad Yahya, 40 from Taman Universiti, Skudai is wanted for prostituting his two wives in Singapore from 1992-1994.

Another trio, M. Sasitharen, 27; P. Vikeshwaran, 32 and G. Subramaniam, 31 are wanted for extortion and robbery, using parangs and knives at Ulu Tiram, Kota Tinggi, Mersing and Batu Pahat.

Salleh Muhamed, 50, from Tokang Pecah, Batu Pahat, believed to be an arms dealer who buys arms from Thailand and later sells them to criminals here is also high on the wanted list while Wong Chee Wah, 40 is being sort for carjacking in Johor, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor.

Police are also looking for a football bookie, Yeoh Boon Chin, 44 from Taman Daya and Kamaruddin Yunus, 50, a pornographic VCD seller from Bandar Baru Uda.

Demonstrasi Bantah Fatwa Haram Tomboy

Hari ni aku terkejut bila terbaca berita mengenai demonstrasi dari sekumpulan manusia yang aku anggap keliru dengan arah tuju hidup. Sudah la banner yang dibawa penuh dengan kata-kata yang bodoh. Nampak sangat didorong oleh emosi, bukan akal yang sihat.





Aku tak pandai nak komen panjang, tapi bagi peserta demonstrasi, ada dua komen saja dari aku.

Yang beragama Islam:
Bagi peserta yang beragama Islam, aku nak tanya korang. Pernah tak korang dengar ayat-ayat ni?

dari ibnu Abbas Radhiallaahu anhu dia berkata: "Rasulullah Shallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam telah melaknat laki-laki yang menyerupai wanita dan wanita yang berpenampilan seperti laki-laki (HR. Al-Bukhari). Laknat artinya terusir dan dijauhkan dari rahmat Allah

Ibnu Abbas ra dia berkata: "Nabi Shallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam telah melaknat kaum laki-laki yang berpenampilan seperti wanita dan wanita yang berpenampilan laki-laki," (HR. Al-Bukhari) wanita yang berpe-nampilan seperti laki-laki artinya yang meniru-niru laki-laki dalam berpakaian dan penampilan. Adapun meniru dalam hal ilmu dan pemikiran maka hal itu terpuji.

Dari Salim Bin Abdullah dari bapaknya, dia berkata: "Telah bersabda Rasulullah Shallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam : "Ada tiga golongan manusia yang tidak akan dipandang oleh Allah Azza Wajalla pada hari kiamat: Orang yang durhaka kepada orang tua, wanita yang menyerupai laki-laki, dan Dayuts (orang yang tidak punya rasa cemburu Pent.)" berkatalah Aisyah: "Rasul Shallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam melaknat wanita yang meniru-niru laki-laki." (HR. Abu Dawud).

Kejahilan mereka tentang dalil-dalil ni menimbulkan tanda tanya kerana sepatutnya siapa sahaja yang bernama Islam dan Melayu, mesti pernah diajar tentang tak boleh berpakaian seperti orang lelaki.

Yang bukan Islam:
Bagi peserta yang bukan Islam, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!! Fatwa yang dikeluarkan adalah untuk orang Islam sahaja, anda tak ada sedikit kaitan pun dengan fatwa tersebut! Berhenti bersembunyi di sebalik human-right anda tu! Anda sepatutnya jaga tepi kain anda dulu sebelum jaga tepi kain orang. Berhenti dari menghasut orang-orang Islam yang tak tahu apa pasal agama. THROW YOURSELF AND YOUR FREE THINKING IDEALISM TO THE DUMPING YARD!!!. Maaf kerana emosional, tapi aku memang anti dengan golongan kafir yang tak habis-habis nak menghasut orang Islam.

Connection Problem, SoLve it !

Bismillah...

Buat Warga2 Upm Or Mana2 la Yang Patut..

Mesti Korang pernah Mengalami masalah Berikut :

1. "ErOr the Requested Url could not be retrieved"..
2. Server uSpot UPM yg kadang2 Slow..
3. gOogle, Yahoo,FriendsTer,Blog, atau sewaktu dgnnya Yang kadang2 xleh bukak n Kene Block...

Setelah Meneiliti Masalah Berikut aku dapati bahawa korang kene pakai IP proxy untuk melancarkan proses Surfing korang...

Ikut langkah dibawah :

Here is a complete Graphical tutorial for using Free Proxy with Firefox. By using a Proxy, you can browse internet anonymously. Also a proxy can be used for browsing blocked sites like Orkut and MySpace.

Step 1.
Find a list of free proxy. You can Google it out. One such list is here.

Step 2.
Now choose an IP address and port from this list. In this tutorial I have chosen IP: 195.175.37.6 and port: 8080. You can choose whatever you like.



Step 3.
Open Firefox and in the menu choose Tools and then Options.


This will open the Firefox Options window. Click on Advance Options.


Step 4.
Click on Network tab and the click Settings button under Connection.


Step 5.
In Connection Settings window, click Manual proxy configuration. Now enter the IP address in HTTP Proxy and Port address in Port. ( In this example HTTP Proxy address is 195.175.37.6 and Port is 8080).
Also check the box 'Use this proxy server for all protocols'.


Click ok and your IP is set to desired Proxy.

You can use any online service to check your IP. Like check my IP is a site solely dedicated for this purpose. As you can see in the Screenshot below,my local IP is set to 195.175.37.6.

Bismillah...

Pagi ini Ku pergi Menziarahi sahaBat Kepada Sahabatku yang baru sahaja kehilangan Isteri..
Rumahnya di sekitar kawasan Perumahan Dengkil..
Pada mulanya Kami tersesat..
kerana tidak biasa berkunjung ke rumahnya...
Alhamdulillah..Seorang Aunty berbangsa cina Membantu kami menunjukkan rumah Sahabat Kami itu..
Semoga Aunty itu diberikn Hidayah ISlam oleh Allah..=)

kami sampai jam 8.45pgi..
Bacaan tahlil juga sudah separuh berjalan..
Jenazah Sedang dimandikan..
disini ku melihat bahawa pentingnya membeli rumah dikawasan yg sesuai..
agar mudah kerja2 pemandian jenazah dilakukan..
teringat kes jezanah di rumah flat yang tidak dapat diturunkan keranat lif rosak !

Alhamdulillah proses mandikan jenazah selesai hampir jam 10.30pg..
Kami Solat Jenazah di tgh jln raya kerana Org yang dtg untuk solatkan jenazah terlalu ramai..tidak muat jika hendak dilakukan didalam rumah..
Semoga Allah menempatkan rohnya bersama orang2 yang beriman...

Koma Hampir seminggu Kalau Tidak Silap..

alhamdulillah ibuku diberi kesempatan hidup dan adikku selamat dilahirkan..dan kini sudah berusia 16thn..
iTulah kisah tntg ibuku..
jadi pesan ibuku...
